Series production
We are an experienced development partner as well as a series supplier and we produce with own machinery consisting of over 40 injection molding machines with clamping forces of 300 kN to 16,000 kN. Production is tailored to your needs, from small batches to long-term, high-volume series production.
Our production and quality processes are structured, documented, and designed for process stability. They adhere to recognized industrial standards and quality frameworks and are designed to be adapted to project-specific requirements regarding documentation, test planning, and process control.
This also includes application environments with increased environmental, stress, or operational requirements, such as those found in safety-critical or dual-use applications.
During project execution, component-, material-, or process-related testing requirements can be considered, as used in comparable standardized environments (e.g., climate, vibration, or stress-related test profiles). The specific design is customized to each project.
Through the use of automation, robotics, and standardized process chains, we achieve short response times, consistent cycle times, and uniform product quality. All work steps are integrated into seamless, coordinated manufacturing and testing processes. The close integration of our in-house tooling expertise, modern injection molding technology, and structured series production organization enables reliable and long-term stable manufacturing of technical plastic components.

Quality management & measurement reports
Quality is the top priority for Giebeler and is a central part of our corporate philosophy. Quality management and the associated compliance and continual monitoring of your individual requirements are part of our routine.
Company-internal guidelines for Giebeler quality are laid out in our QM manual and implemented. You will receive detailed documentation on these requirements. For the sampling and process monitoring during series production, we use online inspection systems, camera monitoring, and sensors. We offer component measurement by 3D scan, optically, or with tactile measurement systems. Our high-performance measurement technology determines the measurement results in the µ range. This is how we ensure the delivery of perfect products.

Surface finishing
We use our state-of-the-art processes to offer you decorative processes in addition to the functional requirements of surface finishing.
In cooperation with service providers, we primarily use pad printing, painting applications, and electroplating. We also use pad printing for imprinting company logos or other symbols or notices. This gives you a precise and durable result. We would be happy to advise you on your individual requirements and the process for them, also in terms of strategy.
