Our mold making

After product development and simulation, our mold making focuses on the design and manufacturing of molds for highly decorative and technically challenging components. It takes special know-how to meet the highest tolerance and surface requirements with mold weights of up to 12 tons.

Our plastics technology

Giebeler plastics technology tests the molds under production conditions and achieves a wide range of series applications. Over 40 injection molding machines with clamping forces of up to 1,100 tons are available for this purpose.
