Design and simulation
Right from the design phase, we are happy to assist you long-term in any matters. The early validation of data and the use of modern simulation ensure quick product maturity and a long service life.
This enables us to address your individual requirements and facilitate perfect component quality and short cycle times. You receive updates on the status of the design at regular (virtual) meetings. All proposed changes and new versions are documented to make reproduction more sustainable. Simulation via Moldflow offers you a way to optimize component distortion and mold design as well as achieve shorter cycle times. Our mold designs are always optimized for production, wear and cycle times. We also offer measurement recordings and fixture construction for quality assurance. We stand for unconditional quality from the definition of the product or component to the simulation and the realization of series molds according to requirements.

Mold making
We use our own high-performance machinery to implement your production jobs. Our precision mold making is specialized in the achievement of complex single or multi-component injection molds and molds with gas injection technology.
We also develop master molds for our modular technology to produce small and large series. The Giebeler team members are specialists in assembling the molds and fine-tuning individual molds. This includes the matching of all the mold families to our scopes of service.

Sampling
In our in-house technology center, it is possible to automatically sample manufactured molds up to and including series production in accordance with your guidelines and our experience.
Only completely tested molds leave our company. During production, the components are regularly measured optically, tactilely, or via scan and checked to the last detail. We reduce avoidable correction loops this way and offer you molds that are immediately ready for series production. For complete transparency, you can participate in the sampling of your molds in person or digitally. This makes it easier for you to accept the deliveries and optimize throughput times.
